Take me out to the ball game...

We went to Michigan last weekend to go to a Tigers game and see our dear friends.  I honestly didn't thing I would miss it, but I truely miss Michigan and everything about it.  It was a quick weekend trip, but it was fun and worth every second there.  Olivia was able to play with Victoria and hang out with the big girls which she loves to do.

We were lucky enough to see Verlander pitch an almost no hitter.  Only one person got on base and nobody scored.  There was magic in the air:) We stayed for the fireworks at the end.  It was a fun night.
My little monkey Porter was DYING for something cold and Brandon was kind enough to get him a frozen lemonade.  After a few bites Porter decided it was better to flick the lemonade than eat it.  So he flicked a spoonful of frozen lemonade in front of him and about 2 rows down it landed into a ladies hair.  I could have killed him and so could she.  Needless to say we recieved quite a few dirty looks the rest of the night and Porter will no longer get any frozen lemonade.
It was a fun, short trip that left us with wanting more.  Dream Cruise anyone????

Old Lady

This little girl loves her little brother.  Every morning when she sees him she'll say, "Oh Henne, you so cute! I just love you so much!" She loves to make him laugh and help take care of him.  She is a great big sister.
The other day Olivia and I were talking and I said something about "us girls" doing something and she looked at me and said, "You not a girl! You an old lady!"  I was surprised and said, "what?" She frimly responded, " I a girl, you an old lady!"  So there you have it I'm ancient in my daughters eyes:)
Sometimes you just have to take pictures when tantrums are being thrown because it's the only thing you can do.

Henry 4 months

My little man, oh how I love you!

This little boy has me wrapped around his chubby little fingers. I completely and totally love him.  He had his  4 month check up last week and is gaining weight and growing big.  He weighs 17lbs 2oz.
The day after his 4 month check up he rolled over from front to back for the first time and I missed it.  He really doesn't like his tummy time. So I was very surprised when I came back into the room and he had done it.

He loves to give big belly laughs when he's getting rasberries or being bounced.
He's such a happy boy!

3 Months Old!

This is the happiest little 3 month old boy! Henry is just a little love bug.  He loves to babble, blow spit bubbles and smile.  We have been really lucky/blessed with him and how good natured he is.
Olivia gets right up in his face on a daily basis and says, "I just love you so much Henry!"
The boys still think he's the coolest as well.  Porter will say, "Henry's just the cutest baby ever, huh mom?!"  Then he'll follow it up with a "I think he looks like me!"
On  side note, I made these onesies to take his pictures in.  Without fail so far as soon as I put them on he has a poop explosion in them and ruins them.  I'm not going to lie it's a little frustrating, but at least I've been able to get the pictures done still:)
Henry is getting more on a schedule and for me that helps a ton.  He is such a fun, cute, amazing little boy and we just love him.

Swimming like a Mermaid!

Olivia just finished her first swimming class.  She loved it! She was the only girl in her class and about a head shorter then everyone too.  Whenever we had the class she would tell me she was going to swim like a mermaid.  Then afterwards she would say, "I tell daddy I blow bubbles is swimming class!"
On the days of her swimming class she would wake up, eat breakfast, get in her swimming suit and then ask every 10 minutes if it was time to go to swimming class.  That got a little old since class wasn't until 1. But she had fun and it was a great experience.

First haircut!!!

At just a little over 3 months old we decided it was time for Henry to get a hair cut.  When the start of a mullet was turning more and more into an actual mullet it was time for the cut.
He did a good job sitting still and just smiling while his hair was being cut.

Here he is afterwards. He is so cute and funny.  He holds his arms straight down like this a lot because he sleeps with his arms at his sides, swaddled still.
