I love Easter for many reasons. For the obvious spiritual reasons, Jesus was Resurrected. But I also love the rebirth of everything around me. The trees starting to bloom, the sun shining a little more, the days growing a little bit longer. There's just so much joy, peace and happiness around this time of year.
I also have a deep weakness for Easter candy. I love Easter egg hunts and Eater meals. Our ward did an Easter Devotional and Easter egg hunt this year. It was a lot of fun and the weather was perfect.
My kids dyed Easter eggs on Easter Sunday. I was kind of the mean mom and only let them do 8, so that I could just make devilled eggs out of them, but my kids thought it was awesome.
Before church I tried to get Easter pictures of my kids, which is not always the easiest thing. Olivia wouldn't let go of her dress in her picture.
This is the best one of my boys together, I never could get them to look at the same time.
I loved this one. Even though it's not technically the best, I love Olivia looking at her brothers. That is just how she is, always looking to them for everything, whether it's a laugh, to play, to tease/torment or whatever. She loves her boys!!
