Weekend with the Peterson's

We were able to go and spend the weekend with my brother Nate and his family. It's been a year since we last saw each other so it was nice to be able to hang out and play. It was a little tough to get Logan excited about leaving our house in Michigan. He was convinced that someone was going to come and take our house away from us. He wanted me to write our name on the Brick so that people would know it was ours. He worried the entire drive there, but once he saw his cousins that was no longer a worry.

We arrived on friday night and just relaxed and let the kids play together and get some of the car wiggles out. The next morning we went to my nephew McCades soccer game. Logan thought he was so cool out there playing. He played goalie and did a great job at that, way to go Mac.

There was a park there that had little kid rides for .75 and the boys all loved those. They rode on airplanes and helicopters. They drove Jeeps and Tractors. There was a Merry-go-round, little boats and a train ride that we all went on.

We spent the rest of the time relaxing and letting the boys be boys. It was so fun to go out there and spend time with them. Thanks Nate and Jami for being such great hosts and letting come out there and stay with you guys.

What a fun park!!! Logan has a point... because seriously... someone may think it's theirs but when they see your name on the bricks they'll say, "Oh... this isn't MY house! This is Logan's house!"
