We decided to play photo shoot today. I think we got one or two good pictures. Olivia wasn't thrilled with the tutu being put on her, but boy did it look cute. I know I've already said this but I could dress her up all day long. I think Logan and Porter even get a kick out of it.
Brandon and I took the boys sledding yesterday as our last little outing before my mom left. I didn't do any of the sledding just the photographing. They had a lot of fun. I got one video but I couldn't load it that was pretty funny. Brandon sent the boys down by themselves and they totally crashed into some kids sitting at the bottom of the hill. Porter kept saying, "I don't like crashing into people." Porter got a little snow burn under his eye and broke his glasses. But other than that it was super fun.
After Brandon's mom left my sister Summer and my mom came out to help with Olivia. It was so nice to have them here. They were so helpful and we had a good time. We took Summer home on Sunday and it didn't occur to us until we left that we hadn't been out of the house all week. It was so cold all week and below zero almost every day they were here. We took her around detroit and saw a few "sights" before we got to the airport. Having family around is definately one of the things I miss the most. Especailly having a new baby who won't really get to know them for a while.
I am so gratful to have my mom and sister around who could take time out of their busy lives and come and help me out. It was so nice to have someone who helped clean, cook and entertain my kids while I took care of Olivia. Thanks for coming out mom and Summer, we love you and miss you.
We gave Olivia her first bath at home and she absolutely loved having water poured on her head. She is such a sweet baby, we love having her in our family.

I am glad your mom and Summer were able to come out-but I must admit I am jealous! I'd do anything to be able to come visit! I'm also jealous that Olivia likes the whole bath thing (at least the water on her head part). Chad HATES bath time! It's torture for both of us. Anyway, I'm glad things are going well. You look FANTASTIC in that picture of you and your mom and Sum!!! Love you!

She looks so cute and I love the tutu picture! Too bad about the boys crashing while they were sledding...we took our kids on Monday and they loved it. Glad you had fun with mom and Summer:) I'm jealous that I won't get to see your baby until the summer!
