Porter lost his first tooth on tuesday. He was VERY apprehensive about getting it pulled. He wanted to know for sure that it would grow back and that he would still be able to eat all the food he loves. I finally had to just grab it and pull it out, the anticipation was killing us both. After it was out he had a shocked look on his face and said, "that didn't even hurt!" He was very proud of himself and was excited and ready to go to bed so the tooth fairy would come. Lucky for him the tooth fairy almost forgot but as she was ready to go to bed for the night remembered. At 7 the next morning he came running into my room saying, "mom look what the tooth fairy brought me!" He was very excited and I don't think loosing the other teeth is going to be that hard to get them out. Later that night he asked me, "mom can I go to the store with you tomorrow?" I was shocked because this boy NEVER wants to go to the store. So I asked him why. He said, "Because I want to spend my money!"
