It's 12:41am...

While I'm up and nursing I sit and go through blogs, email, celebrity gossip (yep I'm up to date with the Chris Brown, Rihanna drama) and anything else that catches my interest. One of my new favorite blogs to read is Seriously so Blessed. I've looked at this website before and thought it was stupid. Now, maybe because of delirium, I think it's hilarious, and I think you should check it out.
I'm also getting a lot of scrapbooking done the digital way. Not my favorite way, but man is it convienient.
While I was pregnant with Olivia my sweet tooth was significantly more mild than usual. Those who know me know I love me some sweets. I kind of thought this pregnancy had cured it, HA! Man oh man has it come back with a vengence. So after going to the doctor and realizing I still had some weight to loose, shocker! I decided I need to get this battle under control, so any suggestions???

I need to work on the whole sweet tooth thing and lose some weight too! It kind of sucks because I can't really go to the gym but I work out on the wii fit and now that its getting a little nicer Chad and I can go on walks once in awhile. It just sucks because I LOVE sweets!!! Its so hard to say no! Plus the DIET COKE! It's killing me! I LOVE it!!! So sorry I don't have any suggestions but if you get any good ones send them my way.

I may know a thing or two about food and I have one suggestion. Moderation in all things. It's helped me manage my weight. I usually have one small piece of something sweet everyday. I only allow myself one small piece, that way I am getting my fill, but not going overboard. If I know I am going to have something big (like a birthday cake or another big dessert) I go a day or two without anything so I can reward myself later. Maybe you don't want this advice, but it works for me. Another thing you can do is make sweet foods with fewer calories/fat. If you want some help with this, let me know. Good luck!

Hey Kim - I sent you an email with details about your winnings! Our internet has been a little iffy, so let me know if you didn't get it. Otherwise: Congrats!

what a good time to check blogs and everything else. I think I need to get into the digital scrapbooking now. It just seems so much faster.

I wish that we could go exercise together. I miss our early morning workouts in Iowa.
