So the last few days we've had quite a bit of drama/naughtiness in our house and at church. I sometimes wonder if my kids are already anti's. On Sunday, we all went to church. It was the first time since having Olivia that we all made it. We were an hour late, but we made it. Olivia stayed asleep and everything seemed to go smoothly. When I went to go get my boys from primary the primary president said, "I need to talk to you for a minute about Logan." I'm thinking, "Oh crap!" So she proceeds to tell me that Logan had a hard time in class, calling his teacher names, telling her he doesn't like her, etc. I was so embarrassed. So I took him out to Brandon, and went to a quick meeting. When I got back in the car I told Brandon what happened. When we got home Logan went straight to time out. He then had to take her a treat and apologize. Luckily she wasn't as traumatized by the situation as I was, and hopefully Logan learned a lesson and will be better next time.
Then yesterday, I was feeding Olivia and sent the boys upstairs to get dressed. Simple enough, right? NOPE! I hear all this screaming and running, and I'm thinking "what are they doing up there." Well a few minutes later Logan came running down buck naked screaming, "Mom, mom I have to tell you something. Porter just peed on me!" I quickly put Olivia down and went upstairs to find the entire contents of their drawers thrown all over the floor, and Porter hiding, buck naked under his bed. Sure enough he had peed on his brother. Holy Guacamole, what is a mom to do with these kids?!

Hi Kim, I realize you don't know me, just brandon. But I just wanted to say I have two little boys about the same age and boy do they cause trouble too. It is so nice to hear other great moms like you having trouble too. Thank you for sharing. I have heard that a lot of moms get a "letter of apology" when they are on their missions. Some days I just think "I hope I get a letter" :) Good luck.
I laughed through this whole post. I'm sorry it was just too funny. I'm sure that it was a really embarrassing situation with Logan. I would have felt and done the same thing. (I'm in the primary so at least I can keep an eye on Kimball from a few rows back. . . that helps) Porter is just way to much, that is sooo funny. I guess you have your hands full with him. But when I look at the darling picture with his cute little smile I'm sure you couldn't stay mad at him for long.
OH MY! Your kids crack me up. It's just a matter of time for me. Reading your stories give me hope that I too will live through it. Freakin' Hilarious!
This post actually makes me feel a little better. I always look at your boys as best buds, as mine are fighting their lives away. I agree with Katie that I hope we get one of those letters! Good luck for now!
Wait, weren't you telling me that boys are easier then girls?:) Best of luck and we still love them....
Kim, you will survive and so will those two wonderful boys. But I'm sure your hard moments are not over. Just keep being the great Mom you've always been. I love you all. Denise
Yikes! I don't know what I would do in that situation! You are amazing. Keep hanging in there.
oh kim! I'm sorry you've had a rough week!
It was good to see you this weekend, though.
