Do you have enough tomatoes for salsa? That is my favorite way. I also like to make pasta salad with tomatoes, cucumbers, noodles of course and italain dressing...yummy. There is also a recipe for foccacia bread that uses tomatoes. It is on the blog myfoodstoragedeals.blogspot.com.
